Yoga in vedic astrology is about the different forms of planetary combinations and their placements in different houses from ascendant in a vedic horoscope, which determines the type of result a native may get in this life. There are different types of planetary combinations which takes place in the celestial sky and each have its own importance. A planetary combination in a vedic horoscope may be good or bad but that entirely depends on the lord of the house where these planets are placed and the relation of the Yoga causing planet with the ascendant lord.
In this article lets analyse the astrological yoga called Yava Yoga. This yoga is the opposite of Vajra Yoga as discussed in my previous article, and this yoga is formed when all benefics are in the 4th and the 10th house from ascendant/lagna and malefics are in ascendant/lagna and 7th house. These natives will be famous, well known among the people, will be happy and generous in nature. However, these natives are likely to suffer in their relationships with office colleagues and spouse. These natives may face legal problems in life and will have a soul which needs space to express one self.
Due to position of benefic planets in the 10th house and the 4th house, all the matters related with these houses will be provided to the native with abundance like career, profession, very good relations with father, mother, will be an owner of vehicles, houses and all comforts in life. The native will rise very quickly in profession, will get many awards and will always have the blessings of one’s superiors. The middle age of the individual will be extremely good and will make a mark in the society.
However, due to presence of malefic planets in the first and the seventh house, the native is likely to suffer in these areas of life i.e one regarding self and the second regarding one’s office, one’s spouse and one legal dealings. So, one need to move ahead in life in these areas with patience. If Planet Ketu is placed in the ascendant, the native will ultimately question oneself about one’s reason for one’s existence in this life. This also means that the person may turn towards spirituality to find answers to his/her questions on life.
The placement of planets in a Vedic horoscope and its effect needs a lot of analysis based on the strength of the planets in the Vedic chart. For example, if malefic is placed in the 4th house and is debilitated then it may not provide the bad results as it might have produced, if it was in an exalted position. Similarly, if beneficial planets are positioned in the 10th and 4th house and a planet is debilitated, these weakens the Yava Yoga.
Yava Yoga is nabha yoga and falls under aakriti yoga. We will discuss about other Astrological Yogas in our next article. The above write up is a general prediction and are my personal views which may not match with astrologers. This is based on my experience of reading this subject and looking into the practicalities of the situation based on horoscope analysis for all these years.
