Nakshatra Astrology have always fascinated me right from the time, when I started reading about Vedic Astrology. A vedic horoscope chart has twelve houses and each house has Nakshatras. Taking the date of Independence day and an approximate time which is similar in other Astrological Websites, I found that India has the Planet Rahu in the Ascendant. Rahu in Krittika Nakshatra provides great energy to this Nation. The inhabitants of this Nation will never be afraid to challenge as well as move ahead with an agenda. Krittika is Agni and when Astrological Planet Rahu is positioned here at around 5 degree and 4 minutes in the Venus Zodiac, this increases the fire element.
Interestingly, I was reading Rig Veda and the First discussion in it is was about Agni Dev (The Lord of Fire). Fire stands for purity, for destruction and creation of new one.
